WATER TREATMENT

Famzon Engineers provide different methods of water treatment making water more acceptable for a specific end-use. Reverse Osmosis Plant

We offer a wide range of reverse osmosis options, from industrial scale to domestic, mobile to stationary. Reverse osmosis option could be broadly classified as follows:

Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant: This is very critical and important to industries that need clean water on an industrial scale as improperly treated water can spell doom to highly expensive equipment.

After performing the complete analysis of the feed water scenario of your site our can design the best industrial module that suites your needs and purse.

Domestic Reverse Osmosis Plants: We provide state of the art state-of-the-art reverse osmosis systems. The reverse osmosis systems are compact and user-friendly. These plants are totally skid mounted with all the necessary fittings in-built and ready to use, the customer is required only to connect up the water and power supply. The skid mounted equipment can be moved and used in different locations by individuals, companies and military.

The plant is customized according to the end use requirement. The low fouling advance composite spiral wound membranes which is the heart of the system are scientifically selected according to the quality of the raw water & the end use of treated water to give consistently quality treated water & also ensures trouble free operation for years.

We design and manufacture the Reverse Osmosis plant according to the need for tap water, brackish water & seawater application. The products range starts from 100 LPH (Liter per Hour) to 100 M3 per hour for 400 TDS to 45,000 TDS.

 

Other Water treatment Options

Mineral water possesses numerous attributes that are beneficial for the human health. It effectively helps in increasing energy, improving digestion, balancing hormones, reducing occurrence of various diseases and not to mention improving your skin. These mineral water plants are built to produce antibacterial water that is full of minerals and full of life.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP): In this process we remove contaminants from wastewater and household sewage, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. This includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Our objective is to produce a waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste or sludge suitable for discharge or reuse back into the environment.

Effluent Treatment Plant: Wastewater, treated or not treated, that flows out of a treatment plant, sewer or industrial pipe called an Effluent (outfall). This term generally refers to wastes discharged into surface waters. Our effluent treatment plants treat this water so that it can still be used.

De-Mineralisation Plant: When the dissolved solids in the water are to be almost completely removed by a demineraliser is used, a demineraliser essentially consists of a caution exchanger and anion exchanger. Our Demineralisation plants simply works on the principles of ion exchange producing deionized water which is generally similar to distilled water.

Water Softeners: This is an automatically or manually ion exchange unit designed especially for industrial use. It is simple to operate, inexpensive to maintain and is widely use in the industry and domestic purpose. It is also good for irrigation and boilers.
